Brook House is a four-bedroom holiday home near the village of Broughton in Lancashire, just north of Preston. It sleeps up to nine guests across well-appointed rooms and offers a proper countryside base with a good mix of space and comfort. The open-plan living area has a woodburning stove (bring your own logs) and the kitchen is a real standout with a central island and breakfast bar.

Broughton is a historic village with the 16th-century Church of St John the Baptist and the Church Cottage Museum. The Forest of Bowland is within easy reach with trails and panoramic views from Parlick Fell.
