Our family of 10 stayed at Laithe House for 3 nights for my husbands 70th birthday celebrations. We love a party and this was the perfect place . Spacious , luxury fixtures and fittings , comfortable bedrooms . Massive garden with a hot tub, kids climbing area with wendy house , a large trampoline and tennis court . Slight issue with the shower constantly dripping in the main ensuite but didnt disturb us once the door to the bathroom was closed . Went on a couple of nearby walks but you need to drive if you need to do any grocery shopping. Weve rented several previous properties so always arrive fully equipped with everything we need . The owner lives next door and was very helpful with any queries. Would definitely recommend this place and may return in the future .

What can I say I booked this property as a surprise for my wifes 40th for close family, and it certainly did not disappoint in the slightest. Everything about this place is amazing and the pictures do not do it justice for the scale of the property. The whole place was spotless, and for such a grand property, it still had that homely feel. With an entertainment area that would rival some high street bars, and a kitchen that was a pleasure to cook in. The grounds again were immaculate and even managed to get a game of tennis in.inbetween dips in the hot tub of course. Without a shadow of a doubt I would stay here again, and wouldnt bat an eye recommending this to anyone Thankyou so much

Absolutely stunning 1010, every inch of this property was absolute luxury with every need you could possibly have taken care of. The local walks and wildlife breathtakingly beautiful. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Laithe House.

Wow, wow, wow what an amazing house. Gorgeous spaces to relax in, comfy bedrooms, nice decor and incredibly clean. Best holiday let we have ever stayed in. Huge fully equipped kitchen, plenty of dishwashers and fridges for all your food and drinks. Nice walks on your doorstep and the hot tub was the icing on the cake. Frank met us on arrival and even took delivery of our Tesco shop as we were stuck in traffic. We would not hesitate to re book again in the future for a friend's or family gathering.

Wow this place is amazing. We had a brilliant time! There were 11 of us and there is so much space, both in the house and the garden. It's actually even better than the photos. It is beautifully decorated with no expense spared. The kids loved the trampoline and the adults loved the hot tub! Everything has been catered for. And the surrounding countryside is beautiful with easy walks from the house itself. Frank was on hand whenever we needed anything and was very helpful. Weve just returned from another wonderful stay at Laithe House, and somehow it managed to top our last visit. The weather was absolutely beautiful this time, which meant we could really make the most of everything the property has to offer. The children spent hours on the trampoline and in the playhouse, and we all loved being able to enjoy the tennis court properly in the sunshine such a rare treat in the UK! The house itself remains just as stunning, cosy, and immaculately kept as we remembered. It has that perfect balance of luxury and warmth that makes you instantly relax the moment you walk through the door. What makes Laithe House stand out for us is how well it works for families. The outdoor space is incredible, the setting is peaceful and beautiful, and theres enough for both adults and children to enjoy without ever needing to leave the property. Another truly memorable stay, and were already talking about when we can come back again.

Amazing place. 9 adults a toddler and 2 dogs went for Christmas. The house has everything you need, it's the best property we have been in so far. Frank the owner is lovely and made us feel very welcome. The house is in a beautiful setting and has lots of space. It's very spacious with large outside areas. We loved the hot tub in the evening and the tennis courts too. Would definitely recommend it.

What a beautiful house. I booked this for a pre Christmas family get together. We have stayed in dozens of houses cottages lodges over the last few years and I have learnt along the way that you often need to bring along catering extras. Wow, from driving up to the house, the orangery with underfloor heating, the huge master bedroom with fire, the vast grounds with hot tub, beautiful views, entertaining kitchen area with 3 American fridges and 3 dishwashers! The house is as beautiful as the pictures suggest. Great for relaxing with family and friends. And the location is excellent with so many wonderful walks straight from the house. Plus interesting places to visit nearby eg. Townley Hall when raining or when you fancy a changes from exploring nearby walks, towns, villages. We had a lovely stay as a family to celebrate my husbands 50th & our 25th anniversary. The house was perfect for this occasion. Plenty of space. All the rooms were on the larger size, Several rooms with sofas so we all had space to chill & chat with each other. The hot tub to watch the world go by with a glass of champagne was another bonus. Wow, what a place! Laithe House is a spacious property and very luxurious. We stayed as a family with 3 generations and all loved it every minute of our stay.
