Height End Farm Log Cabin, Rossendale

Everything was perfect and it's one of the best log cabin experiences we've had. We thoroughly enjoyed our 4day stay, and kids didn't want to leave at the end. It's clean, tidy, quiet, and with great views. Carol provided almost everything we needed and hopefully we will be back soon.

We had a lovely stay in Height End Log Cabin. Everything was as described and the cabin was beautifully presented, clean and tidy. The views were amazing, and we had a quiet and relaxing stay.

This hidden gem is well worth visiting. The Lodge is immaculate and so cozy. The views are stunning and the hot tub was fantastic. Carol went above and beyond welcoming us to the lodge. Would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Carol for such a wonderful stay.

Absolute hidden gem. The cleanliness, layout, facilities etc is very well delivered by the host. My wife and 2 daughters spend the weekdays here in easter holidays, one of the best we've done and we've done alot of UK breaks. On arrival, we were welcomed by the host Carol, she showed us around, informed us of everything we needed to know and reassured us. The cabin is close of pendle Hill, boundary mill and other activities. For us personally, the hot tub which is in an outhouse was the game changer, it doesn't matter whether it was raining, windy, sunshine or even snowing, we could sit in the hot tub without worrying as it is not in open space open to the elements. Plenty of towels provided along with some milk, eggs, bread etc on arrival. Carol even took the time to show my daughters her farm animals. I couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Beautiful log cabin with great views. Our hosts were friendly on our arrival showing us how to use the hot tub and the Christmas decorations arranged in the log cabin were an added bonus that made it a special holiday for us

Superb, warm welcome from the hosts and a very generous welcome pack on arrival. They could not do enough to make our stay comfortable and relaxing.

This is an exceptional place to stay! The property was spotlessly clean, very good spec, and spacious! The hot tub is situated in its own housing with no fold doors so if the weather is perfect these can be fully open or if Typical British Wetherspoon presents itself then these can be closed so you can enjoy to the max. Also where the hot tub is there is a relaxation room to chill!! And he owners are always contactable and really nice so in the unlikely event you need any assistance they are there for you. Last thing to mention is the views are amazing!!!!!

We had the most wonderful stay at Height End Farm. It was spotlessly clean, well appointed and comfortable. Hot tub in the separate cabin, with a sitting area and toilet added to it being a lovely holiday. Could not recommend more, and if we would definitely stay again. If you are hesitating about booking here dont! Even our two teenagers were happy, and that is nothing but a glowing recommendation.

This getaway was definitely one of the best weve been to, such incredible views and the hot tub was unreal, you can tell how much work and effort has been put into this place, will definitely be visiting again. Pictures definitely dont do this place justice! This place is stunning.

A truly unforgettable lodge stay! Weve enjoyed several lodge breaks before, but this one stands out as the absolute best. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such a warm welcome from Carole fresh eggs, milk, butter, jam, and a chilled bottle of Prosecco were waiting for us. Such thoughtful touches that made us feel instantly at home. The lodge itself is immaculate and incredibly wellequipped everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay. The hot tub was a real treat, especially being under cover, which meant we could enjoy it even when the British weather didnt cooperate! We loved starting our mornings with coffee on the patio and ending our evenings with a glass of Prosecco under the moonlight. It was peaceful, cosy, and just what we needed. Weve had a fantastic stay and will definitely be returning. Huge thanks to Carol & family for making us feel so welcome.

We are so glad we found Height End Farm, The cabin is absolutely beautiful and so so clean everything was top class ! ! The hot tub in the external building was lovely too . The location is stunning with the cabin standing overlooking miles of hills and fields . Thank you Carol for providing a five star holiday accommodation . It isn't far from our home but felt a million miles away once there. We wish we had found you sooner !! If you're after Amazing views and peace and quiet then this Is the perfect place. The cabin is gorgeous and clean and has everything you will need for the perfect stay. Hot tub is amazing and great bonus with the bifold doors for all weather's. The owner is lovely and friendly and was on hand if needed but left you to enjoy your stay in peace. Couldn't ask for more and will definitely be back in the future.

Height End Farm Log Cabin is a wonderful lodge situated only a few minutes drive off the Burnley Road. We visited the lodge on 21st February for 7 nights. On arrival we were greeted by Carol, the owner who was a really lovely person . She showed us the facilities of the lodge and also the wonderful hot tub building. Carol was so charming and asked us to contact her if we encountered any problems or needed further information. She also left us with a nice welcome pack of bread, milk, eggs, jam some beer and a nice bottle of prosecco wine. The lodge comprised of a utility room with washing machine, freezer and central heating combi boiler. There was a remote thermostat in the lounge so you could adjust the temperature of the lodge very easily. There are two bedrooms, one with two full size single beds with wardrobe and chest of drawers. The main bedroom was beautifully appointed with a king size bed that was supremely comfortable. a double wardrobe and two chest of drawers. A wall mounted large tv was also provided. The decor in this bedroom was top of the range. Throughout the lodge Carol has clearly shown that she has an eye for superb detail and taste. The bathroom was spacious with a full size bath and separate shower cubicle. Along the hallway took you to an amazing spacious lounge diner with panoramic views of the gorgeous landscape. Kitchen facilities were also top notch. Outside there was a separate wooden building just a few yards away that was heated and had a toiletsink ,two comfortable seats where you could enjoy a drink before getting into the luxurious hot tub which was totally private. Outside there were two lovely seating areas, one to the end of the lodge which had an overhang to get shade on a sunny day. The whole feel of Height End Farm Log Cabin is one of tranquility, peace and privacy yet it is only a short distance from visiting the many places of interest in the area. Without any hesitation, I would say this is the nicest lodge we have every stayed in out of the dozens we have visited over the years and will certainly return.

We booked in for a weekend break to switch off, and this location was perfect! The accommodation was very clean and great aesthetics, the owner Carol had popped Christmas decor up which made the cabin feel more cosy. Our stay ended up being during the snow period, the accommodation was very well insulated and warm. The WiFi speed was good, made gaming possible. The welcome package from Carol was very much appreciated and a nice touch. We will definitely book again.

It was a lovely break in a beautiful location away from the hustle and bustle of city life , Carol the host was lovely and friendly and couldnt have done anymore for us ! !! Would highly recommend and its an ideal log cabin with great facilities and also a lovely hot tub

Great place loved our stay only one small problem and that was the shower not ... Great place loved our stay only one small problem and that was the shower not being overly warm with no instruction how to turn up the boiler as suggested as I'm not one to fiddle with essential settings as im sure most other people are the same other than that one small fault the stay was great and would happily stay again

Was a beautiful lodge with everything we needed and spotless, enclosed hot tub was ideal when the weather isnt great. Would definitely return and recommend to friends

The property is lovely and well equipped. The only item I would add is a clothes airer given there is a washing machine and it would have been handy for airing the towels swimwear after being in the hot tub. There were a few unexpected items to get you started so you didn't have to rush out to the shops which was a nice touch.

We had a wonderful time here. Carol was so welcoming when we first arrived. We enjoyed the welcome treat. The place is located in the most peaceful area. We did not expect the views to be as lovely as they are. The hot tub was perfect, the bathroom well decorated and the bedrooms were spotless. We were glad we decided to stay here before summer break ended. Would definitely come back again.

Great location and best facilities. Host is very helpful and welcoming. Hot tub facilities located in different room including WC, additional seatings to relax. Christmas lights and great speaker. Property was full of additional towels and all useful remedies. Two smart TVs.

Had a lovely stay, Pictures do not do it justice. Hosts are so lovely and welcoming, making sure we were ok. The hot tub was amazing, we couldn't stay out of it.

As soon as I parked outside, I knew I made the right choice in booking this cabin the views instantly blew me and my girlfriend away. Carol introduced herself and showed us around the cabin, hot tub and was so lonely and friendly. The bed was so comfy, the hot tub was just right and the cabin itself was amazing. This cabin will always have a special place in mine and my girlfriend's heart as she became my fianc during our stay. Will definitely come back!
