Hoole Summer House is a detached single-level luxury lodge in Elswick village, Lancashire. Fully renovated in 2021 and set within the extensive grounds of a larger estate, it offers uninterrupted open views to the front. This is a proper countryside retreat that still keeps you close to everything.
The Fylde Coast is around 20 minutes by car. St Annes beach with its colourful beach huts, Lytham's boutique shops and Blackpool's Pleasure Beach are all within easy reach. The Forest of Bowland is about 30 minutes away. Two food-serving pubs and an ice cream parlour are a 15-minute walk from the door.
Three bedrooms each have a kingsize (5ft) bed and a Smart TV. The main bathroom has a bath and walk-in shower. One bedroom has an en-suite with cubicle shower.
