All i can say is wow ! ! Property is amazing . Everything you need and more . Very stylish an plenty room for everyone . Garden very established an hot tub lovely . House an gardens very clean . The owners go above and beyond with all the little extras . One of the nicest true to the word propertys i have stayed in . This really is a little gem . A short ride from everything you need .. if you thinking about staying .. get it booked you wont regret it . Will 100 percent be returning for a second visit x

Exactly like the pictures show . Beautiful house plenty space in every room , garden is secure for pets , we got lucky with the weather but still tried the hot tub which was fantastic. Highly recommended.

Wow, amazing house. .the decor is beautiful. Spotlessly clean, very spacious, extremely comfortable beds with quality bedding, and the kitchen had every utensil you could think off. The enclosed garden was great for our dogs and the woodland walk was right next door. Only a 20 minute walk to the town and promenade. Owner was super responsive and even let us check in earlier. We all had a fantastic time!

This property was immaculate, the photographs do not do it justice its even more beautiful in real life. The hosts were fantastic, so helpful and kind. We had the most wonderful weekend we could of wished for we will definitely be back. Thank you so much xx

A truly lovely house. Tastefully decorated and with so many thoughtful touches and a welcome basket to come into. Very good communication and clear instructions, we had a slight query regarding the heating and Bruce kindly popped round straight away to resolve. Id recommend this beautiful home, great location and very thoughtful owners.

Beautifull property . .Magical loved the Lions and really was the lion the witch and the wardrobe took us 2 days to get our bearings fabulous Would of liked a little note on how to turn the heating on or even the fire..Not always that obvious if you dont know.. Had some lovely walks in the woods with our furbaby he loved every minute. Had a nice Chinese meal from local chipshop and local supermarket only 10 mins away. Sad to leave. House stunning Garden stunning..Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thankyou for the goodies

We loved every minute of our stay in this amazing house. So well equipped everything we could have wanted and help on hand if needed. The weather was a bonus so we got to enjoy the garden and hot tub. Thankyou for the generous welcome hamper even our dog was spoilt! House is also in a great location so no long drives for days out. Weve had a really amazing time and would highly recommend!

Quality individual Property in good residential area. Furnished with flair, attention to detail and artistic flourishes where trusting owners attract respectful and appreciative guests. Peaceful and private grounds. Stylish and Restful Conservatory SunRoom. Responsive and Helpful owners. Central location with Nature walks and Duckpond nearby. It is difficult to find any further suggestions that may have enhanced our stay at Linwood. Perhaps merely from a personal perspective of a property which focus's on offering guests every conceivable comfort a separate more upright armchair may be welcomed in one of the Sitting Rooms as an option to the larger seating arrangements. Also amidst all the many facilities offered where one may be spoiled for choice a small TV in the 2nd Sitting Room rather than in the kitchen would have been more preferred.

You couldn't ask for anything better, this place ticks all the box's, the attention to detail is truly amazing from the arrival hamper to medicine cabinet. I challenge anybody to stay and find something they need that is not there. The hosts have done an outstanding job.

Absolutely fabulous house. Everything you need plus a little bit more. Fantastic welcome basket including Prosecco, chocolate for the kids plus crisps and crackers. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk provided plus plenty of oils and spices for cooking. Slight problem with the heating on arrival but Bruce the owner was round within 5 minutes to sort it out . Top quality fixtures, fittings and bedding. 5 star luxury throughout.

We spent Christmas and New Year at Linwood with our family and had a wonderful stay. The hosts were fantastic very friendly, responsive, and helpful with any questions or requests we had. The house was beautifully decorated for Christmas and truly looked magical, making the festive season feel extra special. Everything is thought of from a gorgeous welcome hamper to games. We made some lovely memories and wouldnt hesitate to recommend Linwood to others.

Property is absolutely beautiful! Well equipped kitchen and beautifully decorated house. As a large group only thing we thought house needed was a coat and shoe rack. Beds super comfy slept so well and of course the addition of a hot tub was a real treat especially for the children Sky tv with Netflix and iplayer all signed in was great for rainy days. Perfect house for family of all ages

Our second stay at Linwood, its like a home from home, comfort and facilities just like home. Made to feel welcome and nothing too much trouble. Highly recommend and well be back for stay number 3 next year!

This is a fantastic property with absolutely everything you could possibly need to feel like home. We had a very busy week entertaining the kids with all the delights that Blackpool has to offer, to return at the end of a busy day to this beautiful property with plenty of room for us all to relax was just blissful, the hot tub was a bonus. It's in a perfect location, just 20 minutes walk from the tramway and a further 10 minutes to a lovely beach. Excellent communication from owners on arrangements for arrival and departure. Thank for a fantastic stay, we hope to return in the future.

From stepping into the property,we felt relaxed alexa was playing music and the heating and lighting was on to make it comfortable. There was a lovely comprehensive welcome pack, and a big jar of dog treats which our 2 dogs enjoyed. It was lovely and clean with gorgeous decor, the bed was very comfortable and the garden was very safe for our dogs. We enjoyed the hottub and it was nice and clean. When we needed to contact the owners they answered us straight away with no hassle. The area the property is located in felt very safe and secure and neighbours friendly. Over all a very enjoyable stay.

We stayed with family and friends for 3 nights, and the property was absolutely stunning. Very spacious, tastefully decorated. Had everything you needed, the welcome pack was amazing. Very generous. Beautiful area, the hot tub was a bonus and enjoyed every moment in this beautiful house. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

Linwood is a stunning house with a lovely garden. It is well equipped with everything you need. We had a really great time staying here. The hot tub is an exceptional feature. This was truly everything we were looking for. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful.

This property and garden area were both amazing particularly the hot tub. Exceeded expectations from the photos. Furnished to a very high standard and the beds were extremely comfortable. Attention to detail throughout. The welcome basket was carefully thought out with the addition of sweets which my granddaughter enjoyed! Would certainly recommend and return at some point in the future. Thank you.

We had great difficulty in locating the property. Linwood is not located on Linden Green as shown on google maps and as Sykes directions. If apptoaching along Holmfield Avenue turn right into Linden Close do not turn left into Linden Green carry on up Linden Close Linwood is the last house on the left. Apart from this we had a lovely holiday.

A fantastic property, everything you needed. Spotlessly clean, very comfy beds with crisp linen. Yummy goodie try left. The hot tube was a bonus and very well maintained, will book again.

An absolute wow. Everything so perfect from start to finish. The best accommodation I have stayed in from location to the house it's self, everything there you could imagine and beautifully furnished. Very doggie friendly and very secure garden which is important. Lovely little wooded walk right next door and duck pond up the road. Very quiet area and neighbours friendly and helpful. Extremely good communication and helpful info via the owners also. A most definite yes will book again without hesitation.

This is the most amazing house. It has absolutely everything in it you could possibly need. The thought put into facilities and amenities provided I have never experienced anywhere else before. It truly is a dream house.

An absolutely stunning holiday home which accommodated three generations of our family perfectly, even our 14 year old was super impressed! The house is truly amazing and in a lovely location and the hot tub was the added bonus. We would love to return.

We had a fantastic stay at linwood,the house is superb and the owners viv and bruce very informative with communications. Very well equipped and exremely comfortable property,15 min stroll to town centre and beach.Spotlessly clean too.Would go back there without a second thought.We loved it.

Had a lovely stay at Linwood. The house was as described in details. Everything was clean and tidy. Very quiet area. Good location, walked into Cleveleys, it was about 20minutes. Kitchen was well equipped, didnt want for anything. Superb welcome hamper. Just one thing the bedroom on top floor has no curtains on the three windows and the light shines through and you really dont want to be awake early when you are on holiday!! Would definitely go back.

This house is wonderful, so well equipped,all cupboards packed full of anything you could possibly need! ! The hot tub was wonderful, maintained daily by staff, so always in tip top condition. Couldnt fault this place!

Stayed over the New Year and the house was absolutely amazing . It was very clean, decorated so beautifully. The hosts were so lovely and left the biggest hamper for us all to enjoy. The location is perfect and the bonus of the hot tub was fantastic. Definitely recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Linwood, a stunning home beautifully decorated with highquality fixtures and fittings throughout. The hosts made us feel very welcome with their excellent communication, and we appreciated the generous welcome pack filled with a variety of goodies!

The property really exceeded expectations. It was decorated lovely, everything worked oven, tvs , lights etc which was a first and the communication from the owners was excellent. The size of the rooms were amazing the bedrooms in particular and it felt so homely. The hot tub was really good as well. Good location near to lots of things to do, plus a local hickory's restaurant branch nearby! Will definitely be coming back, although is it possible to get a blind for the windows in the attic room as I imagine it would be light in the summer months in the morning?

Really nice property. Communication with owners excellent any questions were answered quickly and sorted straight away. Property was really well equipped with everything you could need. Really comfy homely feel couldnt have asked for more
