Firstly Paul the property owner was very helpful, he rang a couple of days before we arrived to introduce himself and them a couple of days before we left just to check that everything had been ok. 71 Nutter road is very homely, clean and comfortable ,it's in a great location very close to the tram stop, bus stops , shops and all amenities. Would highly recommend.
Just had a great week at this property . A well equipped property that is ideal for relaxing and the outdoor pool table and hot tub is a good option if the weather is good ,the arcade machine was a nice touch as well . and a few games and toys for the kids . close to the tram stop and a few mins walk from town centre , we had a great time even though the weather was not good but made the most of it . the owner paul very friendly and helpfull, had a good chat with him about places to visit and his recommendation on things to do . we would recommend this place to anyone great for families . thanks again for the great use of the property.

Absolutely loved staying here. So close to everything literally everything at the end of the streets trams shops parks beaches all within walking distance. Had everything we needed and more. The hot tub pool table and games were a massive hit with the kids. Thank you for a lovely stay. Hopefully be back again soon.

Paul contacted us before arrival, gave us a warm welcome to the house, also gave some recommendations for places to visit in the area. House was perfect, hot tub was great. So close to the beach and all of the amenities. Cleveleys is lovely, the tram stop is a minute away from the house so we did not use the car all week. Would

We stayed here in June 2025! So the house was in a brilliant location! Cleveleys has a great High Street and lovely promenade and the dogs loved the beach! Used the Tasty Wok and Dukes for some take away both were fab Chinese better in my opinion. Some leaflets for places to visit, menus as its self catering and a visitors book would be good, always good for people to look at to help plan their visit. The house itself was fine! Some areas a little tired, and could do with a few new purchases, new cupboard doors in the kitchen, and some matching glasses, just felt some things were just a make do! I did have to clean the kitchen surfaces on arrival, a few bugs about and looked like there was a spillage that hadnt been cleaned up near the boiler, in the downstairs toilet there was a smear all over the wall next to the mirror clearly visible, again cleaned it although was not sure what it was. Plenty day to day towels, a few more for the hot tub would have been a bonus, as would a stock of toilet roll, there was no where near enough, two rolls for the week was supplied, we bought and left them for the next guests. Maintenance wise we had read that a fence panel was down and that it had been fixed. It was still very loose and a larger dog if leaned against it would have gone into the next garden. Arcade machine was great and the pool table great fun, a new cue is needed as the full tip was off one of them, again an easy work around. Hot tub lovely and very clean. Beds were all great and had good nights sleep. A lot of dogs in neighbouring houses so if your dog is reactive to other dogs barking, maybe not ideal, but one of the neighbours will let you know if your dog oversteps the mark! Would we be go back, yeah! Paul was lovely and made sure all was well!

Lovely long weekend in Cleveleys with fabulous sunny weather! Welcome pack was thoughtful, Asda also delivered as arranged with no substitutions on our first evening. Nice spacious older style home with plenty to do for the kids 12 and 14. Wifi works well, We loved the hot tub, table tennis tournaments and the arcade games! Everything was included and provided. Paul told us to call him with any queries but there was no need to. One of the fence panels was out and our puppy managed to explore the neighbours garden until I climbed over to retrieve him! We used the lid for the pool table to cover the gap in the fence. The clothes airer came in handy for drying wet swimwear and towels. Loved the beach themed decor, and dogs were allowed on the beach as we stayed in April no dogs on the beach MaySept Loved having so much within easy walking distance. Everyone we interacted with locally were friendly. The only issue we had was the bathroom layout as the bathroom window, blind and window sill gets soaked with the shower, could do with a bathroom squidgee or fin for wiping off the excess water from the blind, window sill and shower door after showering. Was helpful not having to log on to Netflix etc and use the guest tab on the tv's. Beds were comfortable and the sofa in the front room was perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Hope to visit again sometime perhaps staying longer as the long weekend zoomed by too quickly. Thanks for hosting us all.
We stayed here with our toddler and dog at the end of April for 5 nights. Its a great base for exploring Cleveleys, Blackpool, and surrounding areas. With a toddler, we couldnt do much on evenings due to early bedtimes, so ordered a few takeaways loads of options on the delivery apps!, and would then take a dip in the hot tub while the little one slept. The pool table was a great addition too had a couple of games in the sunshine during nap times! We loved the garden although quite overlooked. There was a fence panel down to next door, so not totally secure, but our dog is good with boundaries so it was fine. There was a couple of ride on toys in the garden too, which our toddler enjoyed. The house is well equipped. Two massive TVs with access to all the normal channels and Netflix. The kitchen had everything we could need, with a full size fridgefreezer as well as an additional fridge and freezer! The bed took some adjusting to, but we are very fussy sleepers so I cant hold that against the property. We found Cleveleys such a lovely place to stay. Much quieter than nearby Blackpool, but still plenty of bars and eateries around. Very clean and friendly. Wed definitely visit again.

We had a great stay at the property, great facilities used both the hot tub and pool table in the garden. Very good location for visiting Blackpool with the tram stop just at the end of the road.
WE have stayed in quite a few holiday homes with Sykes Cottages and to be honest tghis one wasn't up there with the best. We think the property needs a bit of TLC. The first full day we were there it was a nice spring like sunny day but we couldn't let our dogs out in the garden as a man was painting the fences from 9 in the morning until 5 at night. The shower didn't work, the owner did try to solve the problem by getting his maintenance man to call us, he did and told us what to do but when we did that the shower pipe began to unscre from the main water supply so we couldn't shower all week. There were little niggly things like only having one tea towel and the place wasn't spotless when we arrived. It didn't spoil our holiday but there are a few things that need looking at.
Charlotte
Nutter Road was a great location for us, very short easy walk to the beach, shops and tram stop. We loved the hot tub and despite it being January we went in it everyday. The house has everything you need and is a home from home. The welcome pack was a lovely touch as was the phone call from Paul before our arrival. Paul was very responsive and helpful when we did need to ring him which is just what you want from an owner.
Excellent location Cleveleys was lovely House well equipped and comfortable
Charlotte
Had a fab time! Paul the hoast was brilliant and assisted when needed. Great property for families, like a home from home.
Morris
This was a great home from home in a great location. When we arrived it was nice to see the small welcome pack. It was good to get a cuppa. The house probably had more than we expected. 2 large tvs, comfy furniture and clean rooms. The conservatory was nice to sit in and the garden with seats, pool table and hot tub was great although it was a bit chilly for us to use the hot tub The house is within short walking distance of shops, takeaways, the beach and the tram if you are going into Blackpool. We really enjoyed our long weekend here and would definitely come back if I was in the area. I would also say that Paul the owner is really good to speak and deal with
Elizabeth
Firstly Paul was very welcoming with a phone call before we arrived, to make sure we didn't have any last minute questions and to wish us a lovely stay. The house is lovely and had everything we needed. My son particularly enjoyed the arcade machine and the hot tub and used it everyday day. Beds were super comfortable and everywhere was clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend and we will stay again soon. Thank you
This is a treasure. .. Spotless.. Everything you need.. Friendly and helpful owners... Hot tub amazing.. Great value for money...
We loved it here. ..there were only two issues..the first was the bins were full outside, but the main issue was the size of the fridge...it was way too small for 5 people..by the time we had our breakfast stuff in there there was no room for drinks..we had to lay the bottle of milk down, which kept leaking and we had a few hot days where we couldn't fit any drinks in there..we were having to buy ice n put them in the sink bowl....apart from that...we had a fab time. Thankyou..
What a fantastic holiday home. We loved it so much we didn't leave the house for 2 days !! Chilling in the hot tub, a game of table tennis and pool plus the arcade machine for hubbie. Little extras like milk in the fridge, biscuits, tea and coffee sachets left for guests, gives that extra special touch. Lovely quiet area, yet only a 5 minute walk to shops, micro pubs, beach, arcades, banks and more. The conservatory, we nicknamed the sun room, as was so light, warm and cosy with blankets to curl up if needed. The under stairs toilet a godsend for myself being disabled, which we jokingly called it the Harry Potter toilet. Paul called us on our day of arrival to ensure we had he phone number in case we needed him and on the day of departure to thank us for staying. 100 would recommend this property and this owner.
Amanda
Had a wonderful stay, everything was good. Welcome pack on arrival and a lovely house. Hot tub and pool table were excellent especially on our last day as it was glorious and we spent the day in the garden. One street away from the Tram Stop so handy to go into Blackpool or along to Fleetwood and not expensive , cheaper than petrol and parking and three streets away from Town centre which has a variety of shops Boots, Iceland, Home Bargains, M&S Foodshop, of the street is a B&M and Aldi, Lidl is a few streets away and lots of bakersbutchers fruit shop etc . Beach is also just of the Town Centre Paul phoned us on our way to and on our way home . He updated us that the Pool Maintenance were coming and again checked that everything was ok .
Heather
Great holiday property was amazing with everything you could need location was great we will definitely be back
Very unhappy with the quality in this property we have took pictures and a video of the water running down the wall into the main fuse box and the cleanliness was terrible. NOT to what we are used to from yourselves. WE did contact the owner but felt un safe in that house and had to leave early. Thats our main holiday for summer paying over a thousand pound for 1 week in that house was disgusting.
Fantastic place. Kitchen well equipped. Bed very comfortable. Great location for shops, seafront, and other local attractions. Hot tub, outside bar and games table all great additions to make a stay special. Good communication from Paul the owner. Already looking to return.
Lovely stay for a couple of days plenty to do in the house and easy access to blackpool via the trams

We had a great experience staying at Nutter Road, location is great right near the shops and the beach. The house is nice and clean, big TV in lounge and dining room. The kids loved the arcade machine, outdoor pooltable tennis and hot tube. Also a nice personal touch from manager Paul with a pre and post holiday phone call.
Just returned from 71 Nutter Rd after spending the weekend there, we are a family of 4 adults who had a great time, the accommodation is as described and is in the heart of Cleveleys, plenty of shops, pubs, takeaways, very near to the beach and only a short drive to Blackpool or you could use the tram. The house had everything you needed and the hot tub was great favourite. The manager Paul even rang us to ensure everything was ok. Thank you Sykes Cottages for a lovely weekend.
Great place we will be back despite hot tub issues. Kids loved all the things to do. Thanks Sara & Ian
Rebecca
We have just spent the weekend at 71 Nutter Road, what a fantastic property. Close to everything you need, beach, shops, restaurants, takeaways, supermarkets, bars, pubs etc. The house was lovely, spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly need to make our stay even better. We cooked one night, got a takeaway the next and ate out in the last night. There's so much choice. There are lots of games to play should the weather not be on your side. And if the weather is nice the bar, hot tub, outdoor seating area and pool table is fab. Would highly recommend and will definitely be booking this property again, maybe when the weather is a bit warmer.
Nicola
Ideal location. Plenty of room. Lovely welcome pack. Comfy beds. Loved the arcade machine. Great facilities. Fully equipped. Whilst most of the house is clean there are some areas that could be cleaner. Overall a good stay.
Tammatha
This is a great property location close to local amenities attractions and transport. The property is simple but comfortable outdoor area is a bit special. Hot tub big smart tvs with excellent wifi arcade games machine a massive hit for kids and big kids !! We stayed over Christmas and the host had made a real effort to make the home festive and the best welcome pack not flash but great family fun '
A very clean comfortable cottage which was ideal for us and our dog. Paul rang on the following day to check everything was alright,we told him we were delighted. Unfortunately, did not use the hot tub but would like to return and take advantage of these facilities. Spotless, welcome teacoffee, biscuits and box of chocolates. Easy walk to shops and trams.
Carolyn

Such a lovely, cosy holiday home. We enjoyed everything from cooking in the well equipped kitchen to relaxing in the immaculate hot tub. Paul, the owner, rang before we arrived and again on departure day to make sure we were happy. Great location. Already planning our next trip.

Hot tub was amazing very clean and a good size, pool table great as well. Very good transport links just a 5 minute walk away. Host great as well not only a welcome call to see we had everything we needed and some help with local attractions and how to get there but also a call once we left to check we had a good holiday.

Lovely property, a short stroll to the tram to Blackpool. My teenage son loved the pool table in the garden, whilst we had a wonderful evening making cocktails in the bar and lounging in the jacuzzi. Had a great time and hope to be back soon.
Brilliant location close to beach, shops and tram stop. Hot tub big enough for 6 comfortably. Well equipped with everything you need. Good communication before and after our visit. We would rate Cleveleys highly over Blackpool.
