We had a lovely 5 day break, weather was kind for 3 of them. Stable View Cottage is lovely, got everything you need. Biggest plus was the outside area as it is secure so no concerns with Angus dog running off. Hot tub also fab, we used it every night. Claire and Peter were great hosts, even got to go see the newborn lambs. Whilst there, the lawn needed trimming, delighted when the lawn mower turned out to be a Shetland Pony! Bolton by Bowland is beautiful, as is the surrounding area. Skipton is worth a visit, bustling Market town. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

Claire and Peter we very nice and having them around was very helpful on the couple of times we needed assistance. We bumped into Claire as we were arriving which helped things off to a good start. The cottage was exactly what we wanted for a weekend away with an autistic son. Comfortable, very quiet and peaceful but close enough to places to visit.

We had a restful stay at Stable View. The accommodation was was good and well equipped. The hot tub was lovely. We live in a bungalow and it took a few days for our mini schnauzer to master the stairs, but he got used to them. We had a lousy week weatherwise, but Stable View was smashing!

Stable View is an absolute gem. The cottage is tucked away which gives a feeling of privacy but has wonderful views across rolling countryside and a view of the mnage with horses and riders. Inside the cottage is spacious and yet cosy and scrupulously clean. It is equipped with everything you could need. The huge bed is very comfortable. The shower is hot and effective. The owners are very friendly and helpful if required. Thoroughly recommend and hope to be back very soon.

We stayed as a family of 4 with 2 kids under 2 and it was the perfect location for a relaxing break. Horses, sheep and dogs on site which our little girl loved. The house is really comfortable, really clean and well equipped. The bed is like sleeping in a giant cloud! Location is good for days out and visiting the area. Stable view cottage is in a very tranquil area of bolton in Bowland and the area is very peaceful and relaxing. The cottage is very cosy clean and the beds are very comfy.It has some amazing views and is a good base to visit Hawes, Settle, Malham, Ingleton and several other places. We as a family thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The owners were very warm and welcoming and offered support no matter how insignificant. The location was fab set in the beautiful ribble valley and nearby Yorkshire dales. We spent everyday walking, visiting the many activities and locations available. The hot tub was a particular treat our 9 year old daughter loved it and was in every day! The weather generally was kind to us. We recommend Stable View Cottage to anyone with a sense of adventure and a feel for the outdoors including a cosy night in with the wood burner aglow.

Very relaxing stay in a beautiful area. Spent a few days here, really enjoyed the cottage and it's setting on the stable yard. We were greeted by the host who was very welcoming. Loved seeing the horses and sheep just outside the window and having a chat with them over the garden fence! The cottage was clean and had everything we needed for our stay its very cosy & the hot tub was a great addition. The area is a hidden gem, very beautiful with plenty of walks and places to visit.

We had a very pleasant short break at Stable View. It's well finished and furnished and we found it very comfortable for a couple. There's a small patio outside with garden chairs and a hot tub unused and a narrow strip of grass bordering the adjacent field.

Parking space right outside for simple unloading and a lovely private courtyard with hot tub to relax in at any time of day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Stable View Cottage with the hosts introducing themselves on arrival. The cottage was extremely cosy and provided us and our dog with all the comfort we required. We made use of the log burner on a couple of evenings due to the rather cold and wet weather in July and spent a lovely evening in the hot tub. For a working farm and equestrian center we were extremely impressed at how quiet our stay was. Our only very small niggle was the limited kitchen equipment. We do a lot of self catering holidays and always appreciate a well equipped kitchen. In particular the kitchen knives were rather blunt so invested in a couple. A casserole dish of some sort would also be very useful. Thank you to our hosts for allowing us to stay in your lovely cottage and will certainly consider a return visit.

What a great cottage. Very spacious and comfortable and the private parking spot made loading and unloading the car very easy. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, just what you need after a long day of walking around the beautiful countryside.

The hot tub was up and running when we arrived, in a lovely court yard garden. We had everything we needed. The owners, Claire and Peter, were extremely welcoming and kind. They had horses and ponies that we got to meet and a lovely foal that we enjoyed watching in the field. We got to meet a lovely litter on puppies that Claire and Pete kindly allowed us to cuddle. Stable view cottage is a lovely little cottage with comfortable beds and everything you need for a lovely holiday . It was great to have plenty of bins in bedrooms and the bathroom and a dressing table and stool to get made up in front of little things but home from home things . Claire and Peter the owners were friendly and even let us look at the horses and the beautiful new born Shetland pony whenever we wanted . There was even a little of puppies!!! The setting is fantastic with lovely views, it was our first time in Ribble Valley but we will certainly be back as the little villages and views were fantastic. Pendle Hill is a must with panoramic views. All in all a brilliant holiday thank you Claire and Peter .

Yet again another fantastic stay at Stable View! A lovely spot, on a quiet site, and the cottage is simply fantastic! Plenty space downstairs, convenient if you have a toddler for them to play. Weve been twice now, and would happily book again next year in fact we probably will!
