Briar Cottage is absolutely PERFECT in single every way, the best one we have stayed at by far. It is immaculately clean, very spacious , modern and has everything you could possibly need.The attention to detail is out of this world, so so much thought has gone into the cottage by Karen and Andrew.The bedrooms both have en-suite bathrooms, again both spotless and the shower is fabulous!The garden is 100% secure and is impeccably manicured.My dogs loved it and so did I knowing they were safe and secure with the patio door open.Perfect location for touring the Lakes and Lytham St. Anne area.I would highly recommend Briar Cottage without a doubt - it is absolutely STUNNING and we shall definitely be returning.

Without doubt the best cottage that we have stayed in, in over 20 years of cottage holidays. Outstanding in every respect - attention to detail, cleanliness and quality of fixtures and appliances is second to none. Absolutely no hint of granny's hand-me-downs, or charity/pound shop equipment that we have encountered occasionally before - the owners have set out to provide luxurious, boutique-style accommodation and have achieved this with style, including an abundance of towels for bathrooms and hot tub. There were even enough loo rolls to see us through the week - first time ever! We were looking for somewhere quiet just to relax and chill out, but the cottage is perfectly located for Blackpool, the Lake District and further afield for those who like a little more to do on holiday. Absolutely NO hesitation in recommending Briar Cottage whatsoever.

Everything was absolutely lovely. The only thing that would have been good is a couple of reclining sunloungers, to use in there lovely garden.
