We loved our stay at the house for a weeks holiday, could easily have stayed longer. House in a nice quiet street short walk to shops, beach and eaterys. The house is cosy and spacious and has everything you need and more. Loved the hot tub, garden and conservatory. We had a problem with boiler and shower the owner sent an engineer out the following day, shower was still only lukewarm . Plenty to see and do in the area.
Wow. Pictures dont do justice. Really big and comfortable. Very relaxing trip away loved the hot tub very relaxing , garden is very tidy. Kitchen and facilities very clean and useful. Bath and shower were brilliant , bed was very comfortable and cosy. Heating nice and warm. Sofa was very comfortable and good facilities for the tv . Brilliant arcade machine good quality for everything. Brilliant stay very welcoming and cosy. Definitely recommend 1110. Beautiful house

Its in a really nice location, short walk into the town and sea front. A short drive into Blackpool for all that it has to offer. The owner Paul cant do enough to make sure you have a nice stay. It is a very homely rental and thats what I love most about it. The extra facilities really add to the stay. We love the hot tub and outdoor pool table, indoor arcade machine and football table are fab. This time Paul added some birthday treats for my sister and she was over the moon, nothing seems to be too much bother and we will definitely stay here again
Had a lovely stay, house was very warm and spacious. Beds a little big creeky being wood but otherwise very comfortable. Would defo stay again only wish would be a gazebo or roofing over the hot tub because had a few rainy days. Good value for money
We have just returned from a great few days, the property exceeded our expectations and photos do not do it justice. We took full advantage of the hot tub, despite it being October, everything was available at the property and we wanted for nothing, Paul the owner rang us before we arrived and was on hand if we had any problems. Thank you so much for the welcome pack which was much appreciated. We are already looking to book for 2025. Colin and family
We had a great week at Slinger Road. Great location, 5 minute walk to the shops and cafes. House is very clean and comfortable. The welcome pack of tea, coffee and biscuits are a lovely touch from Paul the owner. Would highly recommend and will definitely be back. Wilma Blair

Great location near the promenade and town. Lovely homley house. Would definitely stay again.
What a fantastic place, from the moment we stepped inside. It was apparent we were going to enjoy our stay.everything is catered for and the facilities outside are superb. The hot tub is a must after a long walk along the front. The town centre is 5 minute's walk at the most, loads of restaurants, cafes, shops. This said the location is really quiet at night. Thanks Paul for the welcome pack, most welcome. All you need to bring if staying here is the weather. We will be back
This is the second time we have stayed in one of Pauls properties, and yet again, we weren't disappointed, they have everything you could need and more for a fabulous holiday. We had a great time and will definitely be back to stay in the future.

What a fantastic place. It's a fairly large semidetached house with plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. There was lots of storage and the kitchen was really well stocked and lovely and bright and modern. We very much enjoyed using the conservatory, which was comfortable and made a pleasant alternative to the lounge. The location couldn't be bettered. The bus stop into Blackpool in one direction or to Fleetwood in the other is about 500 yards away and the tram stop a little further at the other end of the road. The town is just the other side of the bus stop with lots of cafs and some very nice bakeries and it's also very close to the promenade and beaches. Our 2 doggies enjoyed themselves too. We all absolutely recommend 19 Slinger Road 100 with no concerns and are very eager to return. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Fantastic holiday home! Paul, the owner, always goes above and beyond, nothing is ever any trouble. We've stayed at Paul's property on Nutter Road previously so know we are well looked after. The house has everything you'd need. We made great use of the hot tub, pool table and conservatory as we have lovely weather. Beds are comfortable and each room has more than enough storage space. Already looking to book again

This is such an amazing hidden gem, right beside everything you would ever need including amusements and restaurants. The house was huge and having the gaming table and arcade machine for the kids to use during the wet weather was perfect. The adults all enjoyed the hot tub and the beds are extremely comfortable. There was plenty of towels down there so you wouldnt even need to pack any. Takes around 10 mins drive to Blackpool pleasure beach which was perfect. Nice and quiet area and we will definitely book up again next year to enjoy it all over again. The owner even left a little welcome pack of biscuits, coffee, tea, box of chocolates and had every kitchen utensil you will need. 10 out of 10 accommodation
Lovely house in a nice quiet road. We had a lovely stay and would definitely come back. Perfect spot to leave the car and walk to the town or the beach. Good facilities, dog friendly, and great for families to stay in too. Thanks again for a fab holiday

This is a honest review of our stay, listing all the good points and negatives. Good House is generally clean and tidy Settee is a corner sofa with 2 electric recliners, very comfy. Kitchen is clean and tidy and modern Bedrooms are clean if a little dated in places, sockets very old, cables not routed just curled up in corners etc The beds are comfy, although they do squeak a little. Fee Netflix is provided and the TV is excellent. Bathroom is clean and the shower is very nice. The downstairs windows were locked, we messaged Paul and someone came round to unlock them and let some fresh air in as it was very hot inside the house. Heating is controlled by a hive thermostat in the hallway, we turned this down as the house was very warm. The 1980s gaming machine was a nice touch. A nice basket of chocolates and biscuits was waiting for us on arrival. Not so good There is an odour when you first enter the house, its not entirely unpleasant and there has been an attempt to mask the smell with an air freshener. There were no dish cloths or tea towels for doing the dishes and cleaning the counters down The curtains in the main bedroom did nothing to stop the morning light coming through at 5am. The pool table was badly levelled, we asked Paul to come and sort this, he said he would, but unfortunately, it never happened, quite disappointing, when that was a main attraction for our boys. There was only one useable pool cue, the others were either tiny or broken. The hot tub had an error message stating the filter was 23 days overdue a change. Other useful info Parking is tight and there is a birds nest in the gutter directly above, hence car was covered in bird droppings. The front door cannot be opened from the outside without a key even if it is unlocked, so don't leave the keys inside the house and let the door shut. The knife and fork drawer is hidden inside the top drawer near the oven. If these small nuances were addressed, we would gladly stay again, the house is located in a generally nice area, close to shops and buses and trams.

Had a lovely break in this homely, comfortable property. Everything you could need is provided and a welcome pack of coffee, tea, milk, biscuits. Also a small box of Milk Tray which I did eat. Plenty of games to keep kids occupied. Hot tub and pool table in the garden is a great touch. Nice enclosed garden for dogs. I had a minor problem with Internet access but contacted Paul, the owner a lovely, helpful and friendly gentleman and problem was resolved instantly. Property is very central for the shops and beach being a 5 minute walk away. Parking maybe a bit tight if you have a large car we have a Peugeot 2008 and husband managed fine but there is also a designated parking space on road in front of house. If holidaying in Cleveleys then I would recommend this property.

Paul, the host was very welcoming & the property in slinger rd was in a great location we had a great time & enjoyed the fact it was so very close to the town centresea. we felt very much at home & enjoyed the garden, although we did not use the hot tub, it was a great addition for the guests to enjoy & the addition of a arcade style games consol numerous games & puzzles for children young & old. will defo be returning sometime in the future due to its charm & location close to Blackpool & lytham. lovely & quiet in the evening with a green to the front of the property

Myself, 2 children and dog had the best long weekend in this beautiful property. We were blessed with great weather meaning we could really make the most of the outdoor pool table and hot tub, we enjoyed a meal outside too. Everything had been thought of, we had fun with the arcade machine, comfortable sofa and a great touch that the apps on the TV had a guest login. All the beds were so comfy, plenty of towels and beautifully decorated. A short walk finds you on the seafront, interesting items to be found along the way. Highly recommend, host was very friendly and helpful even checking if all was satisfactory after we had left. We will definitely be booking this property again, thank you
Had a brilliant stay, loved the hot tub, arcade machine and pool table. Very clean and a great location! Owner was very friendly and left us to it. Would definitely return!
Rachel
We have stayed in both properties but this one was our favourite Fabulous location close to all amenities. The house is fully equipped with all you need and more for a very comfortable stay, with the added bonus of hot tub, arcade machine, board games and games table. So even if the weather isn't on your side you still have plenty to do. House was clean, beds comfy and the welcome pack was gratefully received. Paul is a wonderful host and we are already looking forward to our next visit.

First time staying Here. We are a family of 6, 2 adults 4 children.and 2 dogs, We loved staying here so spacious clean and their is lots to entertain the children and thos was an added bonus 4 in 1 games table. a arcade machine that is free to play. Out side full sized pool table plenty of books and games. And also the hot tub we used everything and everything is on your door step, beach shops, arcade and plenty of restaurant's pubs ect. We enjoyed it that much we ask the lovley freindley Paul if we could add another night short notice, but nothing was two much and he made it happen. The beds are comfy and plenty of towels and everything you need to cook for a big family was available to hand. The back garden is secure so no worries of the dogs escaping and all artifical grass which is great no muddy paws. And the conservatory was very cosy for are morning coffee. We very much look forward to coming back.
