Couldn't use hot tub as it was filthy. Couldn't use bbq as grill was left soaking in a bucket. Fridge contained previous guests food and hadn't been cleaned. Shower drain blogged up and dirty so water didn't drain properly. And to top it all all it was double booked!!

Beautiful setting and a lovely home from home. We loved the privacy of the outside space at the back of our mid terraced cottage and utilised the hot tub every day. The range took a bit of getting used to re the heating up times but we managed. Communication with the owner was good and the only issue we had was quickly resolved. A great spot for complete relaxation or exploring the amazing countryside around it.
