Lovely barn, brilliant location. Hot tub and swimming pool wonderful. Very spacious barn, loved the welcome hamper. Plenty to do in the area. Didn't see the owners as they were on holiday.

Beautiful property and wonderful location but I didn’t feel happy with the cleanliness or general upkeep of the barn. Many of the doors and windows didn’t close properly and one night it was raining and windy so everything was rattling even the wardrobe doors! There were a lot of cobwebs, not great if you are worried about spiders (the children we were with refused to sleep in their room) and just overall it needs much more TLC. It wasn’t ideal that you can’t just access the pool when you want and depends on the owner providing access. You also need to pay extra and was not really the point of me picking somewhere specifically with a pool. However, I felt it wasn’t as clean as it should have been and the steps down to it were very precarious. Overall, I would recommend as a good base but only if you are not too fussy about cleanliness.

Location, great, check in easy, property was lovely and well equipped, hot tub was great but cleanliness overall was disappointing. Rooms were dusty, cobwebs in corners of rooms. Food debris left in fridge, cooker, toaste, sink and which we had to clean before we could use them which was disappointing. The farm grounds are well maintained and the welcome hamper was a lovely touch. Had the property been cleaned properly it would have been perfect.
